Modern fitted kitchen with electric oven/grill with 4-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, plentiful crockery and cutlery including set for around the pool use. Washing machine provided in separate Utility Room.

Children are very welcome, as are long term renters. Non-smoking inside the house. Pets not allowed. Level grounds and off-street parking, make the property very accessible. Please note that a car is required as there is very little local public transport in the area.
